White Cliffs Countryside Partnership (WCCP) is holding a 4 mile-long wild food and forager walk to show people what wild foods can be used at this time of year, at 2pm on Sunday 3 March.
Walkers are encouraged to bring a bag or basket to gather leaves and berries, and are asked to wear suitable clothing, such as wellies.
Wild food recipes will be available to sample and people will be able to take a recipe sheet home.
Places on the walk - for which donations are appreciated - must be booked in advance by calling Sue Bradford at the WCCP, on 01304 241806.
The walk will be led by WCCP member Melanie Wrigley, who can be contacted by calling 07880 706990.
Attendees are asked to meet at 2pm at Whitfield village hall car park in Manley Close, Whitfield.
